I have learned so much over the last 10 years of racing and training, as well as making a few mistakes along the way, that I now feel I want to pass my knowledge on to people who are genuinely interested in becoming a better cyclist and hopefully stop them making the same mistakes I did early in my cycling career. So much of the training I provide isn't about how much you can do on the bike or gym but the time you have and to make sure you spend it effectively and efficiently as possible.
I look at every one of my athletes lifestyle and tailor the training prescribed around that individual.....
That's why whether you are a young single athlete with no commitments or an athlete with busy work and family commitments it doesn't matter as the training will be arranged around your lifestyle. Many of my clients say to me that since they started my training program they have a purpose on the bike now and are so much more motivated - before, they would just "ride their bike" with little or no improvement year in year out. In fact I have athletes that actually do less "amounts" of training yet have made significant improvements on there performances as they are now training correctly with every session having a "purpose" leaving them more time to relax. I also know that a key part of doing anything is it has to be enjoyable otherwise why would we do it? That's why I find the balance between keeping it enjoyable to keep you motivated as well as improving your performance goes a long way.
